President Donald Trump is once again making waves, this time calling out Senator Adam Schiff and questioning the legitimacy of last-minute pardons issued through an Auto Pen — a device used to sign documents — during President Biden’s term.
Trump blasted the scandal as yet another example of Democratic corruption, suggesting that Biden was completely unaware of the sweeping pardons granted to key figures involved in the controversial January 6 investigations.
Trump Questions Auto Pen Pardons, Targets Schiff
In a fiery Truth Social post on Sunday, Trump raised critical concerns about Adam Schiff’s alleged pardon, implying that Schiff “demanded” protection as a core member of the J6 Committee, the group that aggressively pursued Trump supporters following the Capitol events.

“The USA is wise to these scoundrels and crooks. Also, why did the Auto Pen give Schiff a Pardon? Biden knew nothing about it. Who operated the Auto Pen?” Trump posted, calling for accountability and hinting that many involved “should all be in jail.”
Democrat Fundraising Platform ActBlue Under Fire
Trump didn’t stop at Schiff. He also took aim at ActBlue, the powerful Democratic fundraising platform, which he accused of facilitating illegal foreign donations and engaging in financial misconduct.
“Hopefully ACTBLUE, the Democrats’ ILLEGAL SCAM used to raise money, including from not allowed ‘foreign contributions,’ is being looked at by authorities,” Trump wrote.
He warned that Democrats continue to “cheat” to maintain their political power, although he expressed optimism that the American people are now more aware of their tactics.
Schiff Hits Back as Trump Reopens Auto Pen Controversy
Adam Schiff quickly responded to Trump’s accusations, attempting to flip the narrative by highlighting dubious mainstream media polls and claiming Trump’s economic policies have driven the nation into a downturn.
“Donald Trump is back to attacking me today because the economy has been in a tailspin under his economic mismanagement,” Schiff said in a post on X. “Attack me as much as you like, Mr. President, I’m not backing down.“
Despite Schiff’s defiant posture, critics argue his reaction looks like the behavior of someone with something to hide.
Trump Declares Biden’s Auto Pen Pardons “VOID”
Last month, Trump made a stunning move by officially declaring that the Auto Pen-signed pardons are “VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT.”
He emphasized that the pardons lacked legitimacy because President Biden did not personally sign them — and may not have even been aware of them.
“The ‘Pardons’ that Sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect Committee of Political Thugs, and many others, are hereby declared VOID,” Trump wrote in a mid-March post.
The rescinded pardons now open the door for potential criminal prosecutions against Schiff, Liz Cheney, and other figures associated with the January 6 Committee, a panel many Trump allies label as a political weapon.

Auto Pen Scandal Raises Serious Constitutional Questions
The unfolding Auto Pen controversy raises significant legal and constitutional issues.
Trump has even gone a step further by questioning whether executive orders signed by Biden using an Auto Pen are legally valid — a charge that, if substantiated, could unravel much of the Biden administration’s early work.
Observers note that while Auto Pens have been used historically for minor formalities, granting preventive pardons via machine rather than by a sitting president’s hand could spark an unprecedented constitutional crisis.
